I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas. For us, it was full of dog walks and complete overindulgence of the things we love the most!
I just wanted to take a moment to thank each and everyone of you for your support through December. When I launched the store on the 1st, I was stunned with the outpouring of love we received. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude to all who placed orders, checked out the website or even just liked a social media post.
This month has simply been a complete learning experience on my part. From panicking at our first order, to adapting to shipping challenges and (most importantly) finding new ways for our lovely customers to upgrade their outdoor spaces. I wouldn’t want it any other way, and we will continue to improve as much as we can in the future.
January is fast approaching and we’ve got Fox and Otter Launching on the 2nd alongside a re-design of the website to follow.
For now, I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year and sign this 2025 off with our first Employee of the Month award…
